Canyon Lake Lodge is a drive-in camp, located in the beautiful area known as sunset country. Canyon Lake is a clear water glacial lake accented by islands and bays. The lake is 14,000 acres approximately 15 miles long and two miles wide at it's widest point. With depths from a few feet to 100 feet. For the fishing enthusiast there are many weed beds, miles of rocky shoreline with fallen trees, and rock structure in abundance. This provides the perfect habitat for the best Muskie, Bass, and Walleye fishing around!

Canyon Lake is known for it's large Muskie population. Muskies in the 15 to 20 lb range are common with 35 to 40 pounders caught each year. Your chances of catching a monster Muskie on Canyon Lake are better than anywhere else! Canyon Lake has some of the best Smallmouth fishing in the area. The rocky shorelines and underwater rock structure is where you'll find the Smallmouth action. The average size is 3 to 4 lbs with lunkers in the 5 to 6 lb. range. Walleye are also plentiful in Canyon Lake with average size in the 11/2 to 2 lb. range and many going over 10 lbs.

At Canyon Lake Lodge we offer private cottages where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the Ontario wilderness. All cabins have modern bathrooms complete with showers. The kitchens are fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils.
